At Vera, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience with free shipping on orders over $50 in Worldwide.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10business days after order processing


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking Number
  • Tracking Link to monitor your delivery status


Missing Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check that the delivery address was entered correctly when placing your order
  • Check all possible delivery locations in your home
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they have accepted the package on your behalf
  • Contact the courier company with the tracking number to report the matter

If your package is officially considered lost, please contact us immediately at christospapaminasstore@gmail.com with your order number. We offer re-shipping or refund, depending on your choice.


Missing or Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged or a product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged package or product

We will quickly look into the matter and arrange a replacement or refund.

Changes and Cancellation of Orders

Once your order has been processed in our system and you have received an order confirmation, it cannot be canceled. Please use our return instructions.

Please note: Refusal of the shipment or failure to collect the package is not considered a valid return and does not entitle to a refund.


Customs and Taxes

Customers may be charged fees when purchasing and importing products into their country. If the international shipment involves customs fees or taxes, the customer will be responsible for paying them. These fees are not included in the total order value and must be paid at the local customs office before the order is collected.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Vera does not return orders rejected due to additional customs fees or taxes. If these fees are not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Customs fees paid to collect the order will not be refunded.
